问题导向式故事教学理念的探索 被引量:2

摘要 大学课堂的单向灌输、低头沉默以及形式主义,已经严重影响了大学的教学质量,丢失了高等教育的育人功能,大学课堂亟需深度变革和深刻反省。研究以当前大学教学现状为立论依据,以大学课堂教学组织为切入点,从课堂问题审视、组织理念探索以及行为方式分析等方面展开。以源于生产实践的问题为引导,激发学生学习的主动性和探索欲望,通过知识积累、理念建立和思维训练,完成育人的终极目的。基于故事架构的教学内容安排,课堂活动组织,可以从系统性、趣味性、连续性和逻辑性等方面使教学活动形成稳定输出,也只有重拾育人为本的教育信仰和理念,才能赋予大学课堂真正的灵魂。 Unidirectional indoctrination,bowed silence and formalism in the college classroom have seriously affected the teaching quality of the university and lost the educational function of higher education.Therefore,the college classroom is in urgent need of profound reform and deep reflection.Based on the current situation of college teaching,the study takes the organization of college classroom teaching as the breakthrough point,and carries out from the perspectives of classroom problem inspection,organizational concept exploration and behavior analysis.Guided by the problems arising from production practice,it stimulates students'initiative in learning and exploration desire,and achieves the ultimate goal of education through knowledge accumulation,concept establishment and thinking training.The arrangement of teaching content based on story structure and the organization of classroom activities can make the teaching activities form stable output from the aspects of systematicness,interestingness,continuity and logicality,etc.Only by rediscovering the educational belief and concept of educating people firstwillthe real soul of college classroom be given.
