全日制林业专业硕士研究生培养模式改革与探讨——以甘肃农业大学为例

Reform and Discussion on the Training Mode of Full-time Masters in Forestry--Taking Gansu Agricultural University as an Example

全日制林业专业学位硕士是为适应社会需求和林业发展而设置的一类林业技术与创新人才新培养新模式。文章以甘肃农业大学在林业全日制专业硕士学位人才培养模式改革与创新为例,围绕以培养符合社会和林业行业需求的人才为目标,分析了甘肃农业大学在全日制林业专业学位硕士人才培养模式改革与实践的实效,探讨了我国全日制林业专业学位硕士在人才培养定位与目标、课程体系建设、实践教学环节及评价与监督体系等多方面的创新机制,为探索我国专业硕士学位人才培养改革与创新提供了借鉴经验。

Master's degree in forestry is a new training mode of forestry technology and innovative talents set up by higher education in China to meet the needs of social development and forestry industry.The paper takes the personnel training mode of reform and innovationin forestry full-time professional master's degree in Gansu Agricultural University as an example,around the training target of the forestry industry talents to meet the social demand,analyzes the actual effect of reform and practice of the training mode of the full-time professional master's degree in forestry in Gansu Agricultural University,explores innovation mechanism involving the aspects such as the positioning and the target of cultivating talents,course system construction,practice teaching and evaluation and supervision system and others,providing the reference experience for exploration of the reform and innovation in personnel training in professional master's degree.
