法学教育国际化之理念与模式探索

随着经济全球化的深入发展、“一带一路”建设的持续推进,以及中国参与全球治理能力的不断提升,法学教育国际化成为时代的要求。文章就法学教育国际化问题进行探讨,分析法学教育国际化的内涵、意义,探讨法学教育国际化中存在的问题,从理念和模式方面提出了法学教育国际化的优化路径。

With the development of economic globalization and promotion of"the Belt and Road"strategy,as well as the promotion of China's ability to participate in global governance,the internationalization of law education is the requirement of the times.This paper discusses the internationalization of legal education,analyzes the connotation,significance and existing problems of the internationalization of legal education,and puts forward the optimization path of the internationalization of law education from the aspects of concept and mode.
