高校二级学院党风廉政建设的问题与策略

在高校实行治理结构改革后,二级学院在高校开展全面从严治党建设中是承上启下的关键组织,其功能性和地位愈发重要。但高校二级学院在党风廉政建设中还存在着校院两级管理权责不一致、二级学院防控责任意识不强、制度建设滞后、监督考核不完善等一系列问题。加强高校二级学院党风廉政建设需要进一步明确二级学院各个责任主体的分工与职责,加强队伍建设并提升责任意识和履职能力,构建起党风廉政建设长效机制。
