摘要
随着20世纪80年代初国内出现的“文化热”,中国的对外汉语教学事业逐步摆脱单纯的语言技能训练模式,开始越来越多地关注起对外汉语教学中的文化教学,并逐步摸索出了“结构-功能-文化”相结合的教学路子。近年来,为响应国家高等院校“课程思政”以及提升来华留学生教育质量的号召,对外汉语教学中的文化教育与文化教学又再次受到了高校管理者和一线汉语教师的极大关注。文章重在讨论山东各高校如何将山东大地上孕育的齐鲁文化瑰宝融入来华留学生的教育教学中。在此,我们将符合来华留学生学习特点和兴趣点的齐鲁文化资源分为四类:当代方言文化、民俗文化、历史文化和革命文化,并对以上文化资源如何在山东高校的对外汉语教学中加以应用提出了四种可操作的方式。
With the emergence of"cultural fever"in China in the early 1980s,the teaching Chinese as a foreign language in China gradually got rid of the simple language skills training mode,began to pay more and more attention to the cultural teaching in the teaching Chinese as a foreign language,and gradually explored the way of combining"structure,function and culture".In recent years,in response to the call of"curriculum politics"in national colleges and universities and the call to improve the quality of education for foreign students in China,cultural education and cultural teaching in teaching Chinese as a foreign language have once again received great attention from university administrators and first-line Chinese teachers.This paper focuses on the discussion of how to integrate the Qilu cultural treasures bred in Shandong into the education and teaching of foreign students in China.Here,we classify Qilu cultural resources that meet the learning characteristics and interests of foreign students in China into four categories:contemporary dialect culture,folk culture,historical culture and revolutionary culture,and put forward four feasible ways to apply the above cultural resources in the teaching Chinese as a foreign language in Shandong colleges and universities.
