非遗语境下高职院校工艺人才的培养

On the Cultivation of Technical Talents in Vocational Colleges in the Context of Intangible Cultural Heritage

"非遗"的保护与传承是一个系统性工程,除了"非遗"领域工作人员的努力以及社会各界力量的支持外,还需要引入先进的教育理念、健全传承机制助,加快"非遗"传承人的孵化。与搭载高职"应用技能"型人才培养优势的高职院校其有机结合,是培养"非遗"传承人才的一个重要途径之一。因此,站在"非遗"的视角,有针对性分析高职院校艺术专业开展"非遗"工艺人才培养的必要性,人才培养优势,并探索"非遗"工艺人才培养的策略,打造特色专业,构建特色办学,可为当下高职艺术人才培养提供参考和借鉴,更有利于丰富"非遗"保护与发展的路径。

The protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage(ICH)is a systematic project,which requires the efforts of the staff in the field of ICH and the support from all walks of society.Besides,it is necessary to introduce advanced education concepts,improve the inheritance mechanism,and speed up the incubation of ICH inheritors,among which taking advantages of“application skills”talents training in vocational colleges organically is one important way to cultivate ICH inheritors.Therefore,from the perspective of ICH,it is necessary to analyze the necessity and advantages of developing ICH technological talents training for art majors in vocational colleges,explore the concerning strategies and build featured specialties in schools.Such efforts can provide reference for the cultivation of art talents in vocational colleges,and be more conducive to enriching the protection and development of ICH.
