摘要
"双高计划"建设背景下,高职院校亟需打造具备扎实专业理论知识和良好技术应用能力的"双师队伍"。针对高职院校教师队伍绩效管理体系中存在考核指标不足于体现技能、考核方法不科学和绩效沟通缺失等问题,研究提出高职院校教师绩效管理体系建设对策,通过多元考核主体参与和有效沟通,建立一套包含多个量化维度和考核时间维度,能够体现高职院校重视教师技术技能特色的科学合理的绩效管理体系。
In the context of“dual high-quality plan”,it is imperative to cultivate the“dual qualification teaching staff”with solid professional theoretical knowledge and practical skills.Aiming to settle some problems in the management of vocational colleges in China such as the incapability of assessment indicators to reflect skills,unscientific assessment methods,and the lack of performance communication with teachers,the author suggests that vocational colleges should establish a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation system,including multiple participation and quantitative indexes and evaluation timelines,which can reflect the importance of teachers’technical skills in vocational colleges.
