校企合作酒店建设与管理--以漳州职业技术学院“丰业楼”为例

The Construction and Management of School-Enterprise Cooperative Hotel--A Case Study of Fengye Hotel of Zhangzhou Institute of Technology

校企合作酒店在筹建时应当选择恰当的合作模式和制度设计,建立相关教学团队、课程体系和管理制度,兼顾学校、企业、学生三方利益。调研发现,漳州职业技术学院与漳州大酒店合作的"丰业楼"酒店运营情况良好,但在制度建设和学生认同感等方面仍存在不足。为打造高水平实训基地,一要完善实训管理制度,发挥校内实训基地实效;二要提升校企合作水平,构建校企命运共同体;三要深化德育教育,培养德技并修专业人才。

When the school-enterprise cooperative hotels are to be built,appropriate cooperation mode and system design should be taken,relevant teaching team,curriculum system and management system established,and the interests of school,enterprise and students taken into consideration.It is found that the“Fengye Hotel”cooperated by Zhangzhou Institute of Technology and Zhangzhou Grand Hotel is in good operation,but there are still deficiencies in system construction and student identity.In order to build a high-level training base,we need to first improve the training management system and give full play to the actual effect of the training base in the school.Besides,we need to improve the level of school enterprise cooperation and build a community of a shared future for the school and the enterprise and to deepen moral education and cultivate professional talents.
