摘要
提出一种新型装配式混凝土框架结构节点(简称新型装配式节点),通过ABAQUS有限元模拟软件进行有限元推覆分析。通过分析新型装配式节点的荷载-位移曲线、节点核心区钢构件Mises应力分布可知:节点在其转动达到弹塑性位移角时仍具有良好的刚度和承载能力;在加载过程中,穿柱螺栓最先承受荷载,其强度是影响节点承载能力的重要因素。对新型装配式节点进行优化,以增大穿柱螺栓屈服强度。结果表明:优化后节点承载力明显高于优化前节点,且节点刚度随位移的增大基本保持不变,优化后节点一直处于弹性阶段,承载能力强,刚度大;新型装配式节点的工字钢梁端刚度较大,节点转动过程中穿柱螺栓必然承受荷载而发生拉伸,应力不断增大;穿柱螺栓强度是影响节点承载能力的重要因素。
In this paper,a new type of prefabricated concrete structure joint is proposed,and the finite element pushover analysis is carried out by ABAQUS.By analysing the load-displacement curve and Mises stress distribution in the core area of the joint,it can be concluded that the joint still has good stiffness and bearing capacity when it reaches the elastic-plastic displacement angle;In the loading process,the through bolt bears the load first,and its strength is an important factor affecting the bearing capacity of the joint.Adjust and optimize the new type of joint to increase the yield strength of through bolt.The results show that the load-bearing capacity of the optimized node is significantly higher than that of the former node,and the stiffness of the node remains unchanged with the increase of displacement.The optimized node has been in the elastic stage with high bearing capacity and stiffness.Therefore,the strength of stud bolt is an important factor affecting the bearing capacity of the joint.It can be seen from the analysis of the stress process that the rigidity of the I-beam end of this new type of fabricated joint is relatively large.During the rotation process of the joint,the bolt through the column first bears the load,and the stress increases continuously.
