摘要
针对衬套零件的生产问题(原衬套在设计过程中考虑避免铝液直冲型芯,将浇口选在平面上,采取反浇口方式使铝液更易填满型腔,但如此设计的型芯所受冲击仍然严重,并未达到预期效果,且去浇口需要经铣削和手工两道工序,机加难度大,效率低),对模具结构进行优化,将浇口改至凸缘圆周进料及排溢,使车外圆时残留物一并去除,并直接铸成点铆孔,降低了机加难度。
In the design process,the original liner takes into account to avoid the direct impact of aluminum water on the core,the gate is selected on the plane,the reverse gate is adopted,and the aluminum water is easier to fill the cavity,but the impact of this design on the core is still serious,and the expected effect is not achieved.Going to pouring gate need to pass milling and manual two processes,machine add difficulty,low efficiency.In view of the problems of bushing parts in the production process,the structure of each part of the die is optimized,and the gate is changed to the circumferential feed and overflow of the flange,and the outer circle of the car is removed together.and the point riveting hole is cast directly to reduce the difficulty of the machine addition.
