回转体座压铸模具改进方法的研究

摘要 根据某引信重要零件-回转体座生产任务重、工序长、对生产条件要求高等特点。通过分析回转体座的结构特点,将部分机加尺寸改为直接压铸成型,优化模具结构,减少机加工序,设计出结构合理且压铸稳定的压铸件,使模具的18个机加工序减少至11个,大幅度地降低了零件的制造成本。 The rotary body seat is an important part of the mechanical fuze.In the die-casting production,there is a close relationship between the die-casting die and the die-casting process,and by analyzing the structural characteristics of the rotary body seat part,some machine sizes are changed to direct die-casting molding,which optimizes die structure,reduces machine-adding sequence.The design is reasonable and the die-casting and stable pressure casting is designed,so that the production channel order can be reduced,and the production efficiency can be improved.
