汽车发动机用隔热罩设计及模态优化

摘要 汽车发动机用隔热罩主要对其保护的零件起阻隔外部热量、降低表面温度的作用,并且隔热罩还要有足够的耐交变振动的能力和使用寿命。这使得隔热罩本身需要满足一定的设计要求。通过列举实例的方式,概括阐述隔热罩的两种设计方法,以及设计完成后需要校核满足的设计要求。同时针对隔热罩模态优化的问题给出解决方法,确保隔热罩设计的合理性、规范性和实际使用的安全性。 The heat shield for automobile engine is mainly used to block the external heat and reduce the surface temperature of the parts.Meanwhile,the heat shield should have enough resistance to alternating vibration and service life.These make the heat shield itself need to meet certain design requirements.Two design methods for the heat shield were summarized as well as the design requirements that needed to be checked after the completion of the design.In addition,according to the problem of mode optimization of heat shield,the solution was given to ensure the rationality,standardization and practical safety.
