摘要
电子驻车制动(EPB)具有操作轻便、智能安全等优点,现今广泛应用的是EPB与行车制动合用后轮制动器的形式。而某些高性能、质量大的乘用车,由于后轮采用定钳式制动器,无法整合EPB执行器,因此需要增加EPB专用驻车制动器。针对某装备车型在驻车试验中出现在挡溜车的问题,通过理论分析在挡驻车性能,并在整车试验中验证了3种摩擦片状态下的驻车性能,最终选择台架磨合的摩擦片,可有效提升装备EPB专用制动器车型的驻车性能。
Electrical parking brake(EPB)is characterized by such advantages as light operation and intelligent safety,and today the rear wheel brake with both EPB and driving brake has been widely used.However,for some passenger vehicles with high performance and big mass,as the rear wheel needs to fix caliper brake,it cannot integrate the EPB actuator,which needs a special parking brake for EPB.Aiming at the slipping problem of a certain equipment vehicle in the parking test,the in-gear parking performance was analyzed through the theory analysis and verifying the parking performance under three friction plate states in the vehicle test.Finally,the friction plate running in bench was selected,which could effectively improve the parking performance of the vehicle equipped with EPB special brake.
