混合动力商用车试验数据处理程序开发及应用

Development and Application of Data Processing Program for Hybrid Commercial Vehicle Test

针对某混合动力公交客车的试验开发工作,基于MATLAB GUI进行试验数据分析方法研究,并开发试验数据处理软件。该软件可应用于某混合动力客车示范运行经济性标定试验,通过对发动机工作点、动力电机工作点以及各个采集数据进行统计分析,进行快速的试验数据分析处理,得出试验数据处理结果并输出试验报告,提高整车的经济性标定试验效率和质量。

Aiming at the test and development of a hybrid bus,the test data analysis method was studied based on MATLAB GUI,and the test data processing software was developed.The software was applied to the economic calibration test of a hybrid bus demonstration operation.Through the statistical analysis of the engine working point,power motor working point and the collected data,the rapid test data analysis and processing were carried out,the test data processing results were obtained and the test report was output.So the efficiency and quality of the vehicle economic calibration test are improved.
