摘要
汽车四驱分动器换挡控制机构是四驱分动器完成换挡的重要部件,其齿轮传动系统动力学特性直接影响着工作的稳定性、准确性和使用寿命。基于ANSYS/LS-DYNA对汽车四驱分动器换挡控制机构齿轮进行动力学仿真,得到齿轮在运动过程中的应力分布情况,在轮齿未啮合时齿根处应力极低,进入啮合状态急速增大,在前齿即将脱离啮合、后齿啮入的临界时候达到最大值,表明机构齿轮的失效形式应该以轮齿的疲劳破坏作为主要诱导因素,为研究齿轮失效形式、提高齿轮寿命提供了参考。
The shift control mechanism of the four-wheel drive is an important part of the four-wheel drive,which gear system dynamics characteristics directly affect the stability,accuracy and service life.The dynamic simulation of the gear of the shift control mechanism of the four-wheel drive was carried out based on ANSYS/LS-DYNA,and the stress distribution of the gear during the movement was obtained when the front teeth were about to break off from the meshing,the maximum value of the teeth meshing was reached at the critical time,which indicated that the fatigue failure of the teeth should be the main inducing factor for the failure form of gears.It provides reference for studying the failure forms of gears and improving the service life of gears.
