摘要 Q系列假人是目前的主流儿童试验假人,其中Q3假人是汽车碰撞试验中的重要测试设备之一。假人头部标定对保证汽车碰撞试验中的假人头部响应结果的可靠性有着重要的影响。通过控制变量法研究标定时间间隔、头部角度、跌落高度、温度等因素对标定结果的影响。结果表明:标定时间间隔的长短、头部正向角度(Z轴与水平面夹角)和侧向角度(Y轴与水平面夹角)以及跌落高度和试验环境的温度都对结果有不同程度的影响。 The Q series dummy is the current mainstream child test dummy,and the Q3 dummy is one of the important test equipments in the car crash test.Dummy head calibration has an important impact on the reliability of the results of the dummy head response in the car crash test.The influences of calibration time interval,head angle,drop height and temperature on the calibration results were studied by control variable method.The results show that the length of the calibration time interval,the positive head angle(the angle between the Z-axis and the horizontal plane)and the lateral angle(the angle between the Y-axis and the horizontal plane),the height of the drop,and the temperature of the test environment all have different degrees impact on the test results.
