摘要
主要讲述两种不同类型的汽车电动尾门关闭问题的分析思路和解决方法。车型A电动尾门关闭问题主要是静态压入力偏大,通过拆解试验及密封条截断试验,发现尾门锁钩和缓冲块调整不到位是导致静态压入力偏大的主要原因。车型B电动尾门关闭问题主要是通过受力分析,采用鱼刺图分析方法,发现尾门控制器参数设置不合理导致尾门无法关闭。通过两种车型电动尾门关闭问题的分析和解决,总结相关经验,为后续车型的电动尾门关闭问题提供参考。
The analysis and solution of two different types of vehicle power lift tail gate closing problem was described.The closing problem of the power lift tail gate of model A was mainly due to the large statistic pressing force.Through disassembly experiment and sealing strip cut-off test,it was found that the main reason for the large statistic pressing force was that the adjustment of the lock hook and puffer.Through stress analysis and fishbone diagram analysis method,the main reason of the power lift tail gate closing problem of model B was unreasonable parameter setting of the tailgate controller.Through the analysis and solution of the vehicle power lift tail gate closing problem of the two models,relevant experience was summarized.It provides reference for the power lift tail gate closing problem of the subsequent models.
