摘要
为验证雾化测试的两种方法是否存在相关性,根据ISO6452-2007标准测试一批汽车内饰材料,将重量法和反射法的测试结果按材质分类统计,使用Spearman’s Rank Correlation Coefficient(斯皮尔曼等级相关系数)检验对测试结果分析后得出结论:发泡、毛毡、塑料、真皮材质的重量法和反射法结果存在较强的负相关关系;橡胶和皮革材质的两种测试方法相关性不显著。
In order to verify the correlation between the two methods of fogging test,a batch of automotive interior materials was tested according to ISO6452-2007 standard.The test results of the gravimetric method and photometric method were classified according to the material type.After using Spearman’s rank correlation coefficient to analyze the test results,it is concluded that there is a strong negative correlation between the gravimetric method and photometric method of foam,felt,plastic,and genuine leather;the correlation of rubber and artificial leather is not significant.
