植物多糖降脂减肥作用及机制研究进展

Research Advances on Anti-obesity Effect and Mechanism of Plant Polysaccharides

植物多糖是一类存在于植物体内的天然大分子活性物质,来源丰富,无毒副作用。随着生活物质的提高,肥胖人群的增多,植物多糖的降脂功效日益受到关注。研究表明,植物多糖可降低肥胖机体体重、减少体脂累积,改善血脂异常,影响脂肪细胞的增殖、分化和凋亡,调节肠道微生物等;植物多糖可通过不同的信号通路来调控机体的脂代谢系统,如AMPK、MAPK、NF-κB、SIRT1、SREBPs等信号通路。本文主要对植物多糖的降脂作用和作用机制相关研究进行综述,以期为相关研究提供理论基础和指导。

Plant polysaccharides are a class of natural macromolecular active substances that exist in the plant with rich sources and no toxic or side effects.With the improvement of livelihood more people are obese and the anti-obesity effect of plant polysaccharides has received more attention.Researches showed that plant polysaccharides can reduce body weight and body fat accumulation,improve dyslipidemia,affect the proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis of adipocytes,and regulate gut microbiota.The plant polysaccharides can regulate body fat through different signaling pathways,such as AMPK,MAPK,NF-κB,SIRT1,SREBPs,et al.The anti-obesity roles and mechanism of plant polysaccharides were reviewed in order to provide theoretical basis and guidance for related research.
