摘要
本文在生态系统理论以及文献数理基础上,归纳高职院校毕业生就业意向的影响因素,通过SPSS20.0软件分析各影响因素与高职院校毕业生就业意向间的作用关系。验证得出个人特质、成长支持、职业环境因素均能显著预测就业意向,并结合研究结果从个体层面、家庭层面、高校层面以及政府层面给出建议。
On the basis of ecosystem theory and literature mathematics,this article summarizes the influencing factors of employment in graduates of higher vocational colleges,and analyzes the relationship between the influencing factors and employment intentions of graduates in higher vocational colleges through SPSS20.0 software analysis.It is verified that personal traits,growth support,and occupational environmental factors can significantly predict employment intentions,and make recommendations from the individual level,family level,college level,and government level based on the research results.
