摘要
为满足水下探测工程对水下测量和三维模型构建技术的需求,研究设计了水下三维测量与模型构建系统.该系统选用CCD工业相机和LightCrafter 4500光学投射器来完成基于相移法的结构光水下测量.首先通过水下标定得到系统的标定参数,再根据光栅图像进行物体表面相位的计算,然后结合标定数据和相位信息逐点计算每个像素点的坐标,最后完成水下物体的三维模型构建.该系统具有实时检测、操作简便等特点,可实现水下物体的测量和三维重建.
In order to meet the requirements of underwater detection engineering for underwater measurement and three-dimensional model construction technology,an underwater three-dimensional measurement and model construction system is designed.The system uses CCD industrial camera and Light Crafter 4500 optical projector to complete the underwater measurement of structured light based on phase-shifting method.Firstly,the calibration parameters of the system are obtained by underwater calibration.Then,the phase of the object surface is calculated according to the grating image.Additionally,the coordinates of each pixel point are calculated by combining the calibration data and phase information.Finally,the 3D reconstruction of the underwater object is completed.The system has the characteristics of real-time detection and simple operation,which can realize the measurement and 3D reconstruction of underwater objects.
