钢包加盖对不同钢种温降的影响

摘要 从理论上分析了钢包加盖前后热量损失的变化过程,推断出钢温度高时,通过加盖更有利于减少过程温降。通过现场四个不同钢种钢包加盖实验验证了该结论,提出对于出钢温度高的钢种,在使用钢包加盖后,可以适当降低出钢温度,减少能源消耗。 The heat change process before and after ladle cover is made through theoretical analysis.It is concluded that high tapping temperature is helpful in reducing the temperature drop.The conclusion is verified by the steelmaking experiments of P,SP,Q and M series automobile plates.It is proposed that high tapping temperature of steel can be properly lowered and energy consumption can be reduced with the ladle cover process.
