摘要
高压电机是指额定电压在1000V以上的电机,具有功率大、承受冲击能力强等优点,同时对绝缘等级要求较高。分析了故障高压电机YKK400-4定子绕组击穿原因,测定了电动机定子故障。采用亚胺漆双亚胺薄膜双玻璃丝带扁铜线代替传统扁线,提高了匝间绝缘等级。改变线圈成型方式,应用卷包-半叠包复合工艺等改进电机定子绕组制作。这些改进工艺大大提高了电机绝缘强度和运行性能,降低了槽满率,减少了材料的浪费。
High-voltage motor refers to a motor with rated voltage above 1000V.It possesses the advantages of big power,strong ability to withstand the impact and requires a higher level of insulation.The paper describes the entire process of an electric motor repair through the maintenance of YKK400-4 high-voltage motor stator.It describes how to determine the fault of a stator,production of the coil,stator wiring,the test of a machine as well as a series of electrical repair in the process step by step in simple text.Finally,the motor gains at a greater dielectric strength and performance by employing new techniques in deal with coil winding,inter-turn insulation and ground insulation.
