设备绩效管理是通过利用设备运行指标进行横向比较的方法来判定各同质化生产单元或企业的设备运行绩效优劣,从而为企业管理决策提供依据。为了全面评价一家企业设备管理的综合能力,需要建立一套科学的设备绩效评价体系及科学的评价方法。在设备绩效管理评价体系引入了TOPSIS分析法,建立了一套规则清晰的标准,用计算机化来实现更为科学的设备绩效评价,企业可通过这个绩效评价体系精准施策,进一步提升企业设备管理水平,获得更好的设备绩效。

Equipment Performance Management is used to determine the performance of equipment operation performance of each homogeneous production unit or enterprise through horizontal comparison of equipment operation indicators,so as to provide a basis for enterprise management decisions.In order to comprehensively evaluate the synthetic capabilities of an enterprise’s equipment management,a scientific equipment performance evaluation system and relevant evaluation methods are required to be established.This article discusses how to introduce the TOPSIS analysis method into the equipment performance management evaluation system.Through the application of the TOPSIS analysis method,a more scientific equipment performance evaluation system can be achieved by establishing a set of standards,precise and computerized evaluation methods.The enterprise equipment management level can be further improved with higher equipment performance by precisely implementing the performance evaluation system.
