“课程思政”理念融入《经济法基础》的教学实践

Application of the Concept of“Integrating Ideological and Political Education into courses”in Teaching Practice of Basic Economic Law

“课程思政”既不是将专业课打造成思政课,也不是在思政课上嫁接专业课,它不是二者物理上的相加,而是专业课和思政课的化学反应。围绕“知识传授与价值引领相结合”的课程目标,树立“思政担当”意识,思政元素嵌入专业知识点传授中;在专业课的课堂上上出“思政味道”,使思政课程在专业课程平台上相互叠加,形成协调发展、协调育人效应。经济法调整内容兼有社会公益性和个体私利性双重特征,既维护国家行政机关权利,又维护公民合法权益;既维护企业的权益,也维护劳动者权益;既肯定征税机关权益,又强调对纳税人权利的保护;既追求实体公平,又要求程序合法。探讨了思政元素融入《经济法基础》教学全过程的路径。

“Integrating ideological and political education into courses”is not to forge professional course into ideological and political courses,or to graft ideological and political courses on professional courses.It is not the actual mixture of professional courses and ideological and political courses,but rather the chemical reaction of the two.Centering on the goal of“knowledge imparting and value guidance”,students’consciousness of“ideological and political responsibility”is established,and ideological and political elements are embedded in the professional knowledge imparting.The“ideological and political spirit”is displayed in specialized courses,which enables the ideological and political courses integrate into each other on the platform of specialized courses,and achieves the effect of coordinated development and cultivation.The adjustment of economic law shows the dual characteristics of social welfare and individual self-interest,that is,it not only protects the rights of state administration,but also protects the legitimate rights and interests of citizens.It safeguards both the rights and interests of enterprises and the rights and interests of workers.It affirms the rights and interests of taxation institutions and emphasizes the protection of taxpayers'rights as well.It pursues both substantive fairness and requirements of legal procedures.This paper discusses the teaching approach of integrating ideological and political elements into the whole teaching process of basic economic law.
