寒冷环境对寒区部队卫勤保障能力的影响

Influence of cold environment on military medical support in cold regions

目的:探讨寒冷环境对部队卫勤保障的影响,提升寒区部队在寒冷条件下的卫勤保障能力。方法:通过对国内外文献进行回顾分析,结合冬季卫勤保障组训实践,分析低温对卫勤保障各要素的影响,提出提升寒冷环境下卫勤保障能力的建议。结果:低温环境对卫勤保障人员工作效率、伤员救治效果、药材储运安全和仪器工作性能等方面都存在显著影响。结论:卫勤保障部队应从着眼实战迎寒练兵、建立寒区保障标准、监测物资储运温度、戮力解决现有问题等方面入手,逐步建立理论实践相结合、符合我军具体情况的寒区卫勤保障标准体系,切实服务寒区部队,提高部队卫勤保障能力。

Objective:To explore the influence of cold environment on military medical service support,and to improve the military medical service support ability in cold regions.Methods:Through reviewing the literature at home and abroad,combined with the practice of medical support group training in winter,the influence of low temperature on the factors of medical support was analyzed,and the suggestions of improving the ability of medical support under cold environment were proposed.Results:It was found that low temperature had significant effects on the working efficiency of personnel,the effect of casualty treatment,the safety of medicinal materials storage,transportation and the working performance of instruments.Conclusion:Medical service forces should gradually establish the system of medical service support in cold regions which combine with practice and specific situation of our army,and serve the troops in cold regions and improve the combat effectiveness from the aspects of training troops in cold regions,establishing support standard for cold regions and monitoring temperature of material storage,so as to work out the existing problem.
