颊针治疗军事训练致腰背软组织损伤的临床观察

Clinical observation of buccal acupuncture treatment on soft tissue injury of the lower back caused by military training

目的:观察颊针治疗官兵腰背软组织训练伤的临床疗效。方法:选取军事训练致腰背软组织损伤患者106例,随机分为颊针组和中频组,每组53例。中频组局部给予中频电治疗,颊针组给予颊针治疗。通过视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)对两组进行疼痛评分并作统计学分析,评价两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组的VAS评分较治疗前有明显改善,颊针组改善更明显(均P<0.05)。颊针组治疗总有效率96.23%,高于中频组的84.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颊针治疗官兵腰背软组织训练伤疗效确切,安全性好。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of buccal acupuncture treatment in patients with low back soft tissue training injury.Methods:A total of 106 patients were randomly divided into buccal acupuncture group and intermediate frequency group,53 patients in each group.The intermediate frequency group was given intermediate frequency electrotherapy,while the buccal acupuncture group was given buccal acupuncture treatment.Visual analogue score(VAS)was used to analyze the pain,and statistical analysis was used to evaluate the clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results:The VAS scores of the two groups improved significantly after treatment,and the VAS scores of the buccal acupuncture group experienced greater improvement than that of the intermediate frequency group(P<0.05).The effective rate of pain relief in the buccal acupuncture group was 96.23%,higher than that of the intermediate frequency group which was 84.91%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The buccal acupuncture treatment is effective and safe for the training injury of soldiers′lower back soft tissue.
