野战护理综合模拟演练在提高灾害护理核心能力中的应用

Application of field nursing comprehensive simulation exercise in improving core competence of disaster nursing

目的:探讨野战护理综合模拟演练在提高灾害护理核心能力中的应用效果。方法:采用方便抽样方法,选取2018-08~12在我院野战护理综合模拟演练培训中参加3个阶段考核的1240名护士为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组620名。观察组进行野战护理综合模拟演练模式的灾害护理核心能力培训,对照组采用传统的培训模式。比较两组护士培训前后的理论考核和3个阶段操作技能成绩以及灾害心理应激干预得分。结果:培训后观察组理论考核成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组3个阶段操作技能考核成绩均高于对照组,且第2阶段操作技能考核成绩明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组灾害心理应激干预得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:野战护理综合模拟演练的培训模式侧重于培养护士灾害救援基础知识、实践操作能力和评判思维能力,在灾害护理核心能力培训中有广泛的应用前景。

Objective:To explore the application of field nursing comprehensive simulation exercise in improving the core competence of disaster nursing.Methods:By convenient sampling method,1240 nurses who participated in three stages of field nursing comprehensive simulation exercise of our hospital from August to December 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group,620 nurses in each group.The observation group were given field nursing comprehensive simulation exercise,and the control group were given traditional training mode.The theoretical examination,nursing manipulative skill assessment in three stages and psychological stress ability of disaster nursing before and after training between the two groups were compared.Results:After the training,the scores of theoretical examination in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Scores of nursing manipulative skill in three stages in observation group were higher than those in control group,especially in the second stage(P<0.05).After training,the psychological stress intervention ability was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The training mode of field comprehensive simulation exercise focuses on training nurses′basic knowledge of disaster rescue,practical operation ability and evaluation thinking ability,which has a wide application prospect in the training of disaster nursing.
