腔内心电图定位在卵巢癌患者手臂植入式输液港中的应用研究

Application of intracavitary electrocardiograph location in the arm infusion port implantation for patients with ovarian cancer

目的:探讨腔内心电图定位在卵巢癌患者手臂输液港植入过程中导管尖端定位的准确性。方法:随机选取2019-01-01~12-31我院收治的卵巢癌化疗患者80例,手臂输液港植入过程中,采用腔内心电图定位,并通过X线评价手臂输液港导管尖端是否到达正确位置。结果:80例患者采用超声引导下联合腔内心电图定位植入手臂输液港,79例患者胸部X线证实手臂输液港导管尖端均在正确位置,一次性置港成功率达98.75%。结论:采用腔内心电图定位手臂输液港导管尖端的成功率高,并发症少,在卵巢癌化疗患者治疗中值得推广。

Objective:To explore the accuracy of intracavitary electrocardiograph location during the implantation of the arm infusion port for patients with ovarian cancer.Methods:Eighty cases with ovarian cancer for chemotherapy were randomly selected from January 1,2019 to December 31,and the infusion port was implanted through the arm under the guidance of ultrasound combined with the intracavitary electrocardiograph,and the tip of catheter position was confirmed by chest X-ray.Results:Among 80 cases who undergoing arm infusion port implantation under the guidance of ultrasound combined with intracavitary electrocardiograph,79 cases showed the tip of catheter in the port was all in the right position confirmed by chest X-ray,the successful rate of one-time infusion port implantation was 98.75%.Conclusion:The success rate of using intracavitary electrocardiography to locate the tip of catheter in arm port is high,it is worthy popularizing in the treatment of ovarian cancer patients.
