认知康复护理对脑卒中后轻度认知障碍患者记忆力改善的效果评价

Effect of cognitive rehabilitation nursing on memory improvement of patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke

目的探讨认知康复护理对脑卒中后轻度认知障碍患者记忆力改善的效果。方法选择2018年7月至2019年6月在我科康复治疗的脑卒中患者200例为研究对象,随机分为康复组与对照组各100例。对照组给予常规康复护理,康复组在此基础上给予认知康复护理。分别于干预前及干预后采用MoCA、听觉词语学习测验(AVLT)、行为记忆测验第二版(RBMT-Ⅱ)评价效果。结果①干预后康复组的MoCA评分显著高于干预前,以及对照组干预后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②干预后康复组的RBMT-Ⅱ评分显著高于干预前,以及对照组干预后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③干预后康复组的AVLT评分显著高于干预前,以及对照组干预后,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论认知康复护理可改善脑卒中后轻度认知障碍患者的记忆力及认知功能。

Objective To discuss the effect of cognitive rehabilitation nursing on memory improvement of patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke.Methods 200 stroke patients in our department from July 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into rehabilitation group and control group with 100 cases each.The control group was given routine rehabilitation care,and the rehabilitation group was given cognitive rehabilitation care on this basis.MoCA,LMT,AVLT and RBMT-Ⅱwere used to evaluate the effect before and after the intervention.Results①After the intervention,the MOCA score of rehabilitation group was significantly higher than that before the intervention and the control group after the intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).②After the intervention,the RBMT-Ⅱscore in the rehabilitation group was significantly higher than that before the intervention and after the intervention in the control group(P<0.05).③After the intervention,the AVLT score of the rehabilitation group was significantly higher than that before the intervention and the control group after the intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive rehabilitation nursing can improve the memory and cognitive function of patients with mild cognitive impairment after stroke.
