社会支持对社区老年人衰弱的影响

Study on correlation between Perceived Social Support and Frailty of Community-dwelling old adults

目的调查社区老年人衰弱与领悟社会支持的现状,探讨老年人衰弱与领悟社会支持之间的关系。方法选用Tilburg衰弱评估量表及领悟社会支持量表,采用整群抽样方法对沈阳市、锦州市324例社区老年人进行问卷调查。结果社区老年人衰弱得分为(4.40±2.017),衰弱发生率为23.77%,领悟社会支持得分为(56.13±6.671),衰弱老年人领悟社会支持得分低,社区老年人衰弱与领悟社会支持呈显著负相关(r=-0.552,P<0.01),家人支持、朋友支持能负向预测社区老年人衰弱。结论领悟社会支持是影响衰弱的重要因素,应通过提高领悟社会支持改善社区老年人的衰弱状况。

Objective To investigate the current situation of the frailty and the perceived social support on Community-dwelling old adults and to investigate the relationship between the frailty and the perceived social support.Methods 324 Community-dwelling old adults in Shenyang and Jinzhou were investigated by Tilburg Frailty Indicator(TFI)and Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS).Results TFI score of Community-dwelling old adults is(4.40±2.017),The prevalance of frailty is 23.77%.The PSSS score is(56.13±6.671),The level of perceived social support in frailty community-dwelling old adults was low.The frailty was significantly negatively correlated with the Perceived Social Support(r=-0.552,P<0.01),the family supprot and friend supprot are the main influential factors to the Frailty.Conclusion The frailty is influenced by the PSSS level,Community and Medical staff should attach great importance to promote PSSS level to change the frailty in community-dwelling old adults.
