脑电治疗仪辅助康复护理在脑功能障碍患者中的实践

Practical study of rehabilitation nursing with electroencephalograph in patients with cerebral dysfunction after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage operation

目的探讨脑电治疗仪辅助康复护理在高血压性脑出血(HICH)术后脑功能障碍患者中的应用效果。方法选取本院2018年1月至12月收治的60例高血压性脑出血术后脑功能障碍患者,依据随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。对照组单纯开展康复护理,观察组在此基础上采用脑电治疗仪治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率(73.33%)显著高于对照组(63.33%,P<0.05)。结论针对高血压性脑出血术后脑功能障碍患者,采用脑电治疗仪辅助康复护理干预,效果好,临床应用价值高。

Objective To explore the effect of electroencephalogram(EEG)assisted rehabilitation nursing in patients with cerebral dysfunction after(HICH).Methods Sixty patients with brain dysfunction after HICH in our hospital from January to December 2018 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group only carried out rehabilitation nursing.On this basis,the observation group was treated with electroencephalograph therapy instrument,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(73.33%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(63.33%,P<0.05).Conclusion Aiming at the patients with brain dysfunction after HICH operation,the EEG therapeutic instrument is used to assist rehabilitation nursing intervention,which has good effect and high clinical application value.
