延续性护理在慢阻肺中的应用效果分析

目的探讨延续性护理在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)中的应用效果。方法选取我院2018年2月至2019年2月收治的86例COPD患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(43例)和试验组(43例)。住院期间两组患者均给予常规护理,出院后对照组不给予任何干预,试验组给予延续性护理。比较两组患者出院时、出院6个月后的血气指标、肺功能及圣乔治呼吸问卷(SGRQ)评分的变化。结果出院时,两组患者氧分压(PO2)、二氧化碳分压(PCO2)及最大呼气中段流量(MMEF)、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼吸症状、活动受限及疾病对生活影响的评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。出院6个月后,与对照组相比,试验组PO2及MMEF、FVC、FEV1水平显著高于对照组,呼吸症状、活动受限及疾病对生活影响的评分及PCO2显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理干预可以促进COPD患者肺功能的恢复,改善血气指标,提高生存质量。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing in COPD.Methods 86 COPD patients admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research objectes.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(43 cases)and experimental group(43 cases).During hospitalization,the patients in both groups were given routine nursing,the control group was not given any intervention after discharge,and the experimental group was given continuous nursing.The changs of blood gas index,lung function and SGRQ score were compared between the two groups at discharge and six months after discharge.Results At the time of discharge,there was no significant difference in the scores of PO,PCO,MMEF,FVC,FEV1,respiratory symptoms,activity restriction and disease on life between the two groups(P>0.05);six months after discharge,compared with the control group,the levels of PO,MMEF,FVC and FEV1 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the scores of respiratory symptoms,activity limitation and disease on life and PCO in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention can promote the recovery of pulmonary function,improve blood gas index and the improve the quality of life of COPD patients.
