PDCA护理模式降低卧床患者肺部感染发生率的作用

The application of PDCA nursing mode in reducing the incidence of pulmonary infection in the bedridden patients of rehabilitation department

目的探讨PDCA护理模式在降低康复科卧床患者肺部感染发生率中的应用效果。方法选取在我科接受康复治疗的2019年1月至6月卧床患者80例为对照组,2019年7月至12月卧床患者80例为观察组,采用前瞻性研究方法,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组常规护理的基础上采用PDCA护理循环模式,即通过“计划-实施-检查-处理”4个步骤进行护理循环,不断改进护理工作。比较两组患者肺部感染的发生率。结果采用PDCA护理模式前我科卧床患者肺部感染的发生率为39%;开展PDCA护理模式干预后,卧床患者肺部感染的发生率降至14%。结论使用PDCA护理模式可以为患者提供细节、个性化的整体护理,不但满足了患者及家属的需求,提高了护理满意度,还有效降低了康复科卧床患者肺部感染的发生率,减少了患者的住院天数,降低了医疗费用,值得临床推广运用。

Objective To explore the application effect of PDCA nursing mode in reducing the incidence of pulmonary infection in the bedridden patients of rehabilitation department.Methods 80 patients who received rehabilitation treatment in our department from January to June 2019 were selected as the control group,from July to December 2019,80 patients were in the observation group,using prospective research methods,routine nursing in the control group,the observation group adopted PDCA nursing cycle mode on the basis of routine nursing in the control group,the nursing cycle is carried out through the four steps of"plan-implement-check-process",continuous improvement of nursing work,the incidence of pulmonary infection was compared between the two groups,come to conclusion.Results The incidence of pulmonary infection in patients in our department before PDCA nursing mode was 39%;after the intervention of PDCA nursing mode,the incidence of pulmonary infection in bedridden patients decreased to 14%.Conclusion PDCA care mode can provide patients with detailed and personalized holistic care,not only meet the needs of patients and their families,improved nursing satisfaction,moreover,it effectively reduced the incidence of pulmonary infection in the bedridden patients of rehabilitation department,it reduced the number of days in hospital,reduced medical costs,It is worthy of clinical application.
