摘要
空腹夹层板结构复杂,传统施工工艺无法满足空腹夹层板施工要求。为解决空腹夹层板结构混凝土施工问题,采用了计算机模拟建模计算、现场制作11模型、对比法等进行分析研究,采用两次浇筑成型,在上肋底部、下肋顶部平面留设施工缝的施工方法,接缝在上肋底部、下肋顶部平面留设,下肋为一个整体,无竖向施工缝,施工质量最好,施工操作方便,工人无安全隐患,大大提高了施工效率,有效的解决了空腹夹层板混凝土浇筑困难,此方法的应用为空腹夹层结构的大面积应用推广奠定了基础。
Because of the complex structure of the sandwich panel,the traditional construction technology can not meet the construction requirements of the sandwich panel and solve the concrete construction problem of the sandwich panel.The computer simulation modeling calculation,field production of 1:1 model and comparison method are used for analysis and research.The construction method of twice pouring and forming is to reserve construction joints at the bottom of the upper rib and the top of the lower rib.The joints are reserved at the bottom of the upper rib and the top of the lower rib.The lower rib is a whole body without vertical construction joints.The construction quality is the best,the construction operation is convenient,and there are no potential safety hazards for the workers.The construction efficiency has been greatly improved,and the difficulty of concrete pouring of the vierendeel sandwich plate has been effectively solved.The application of this method lays a foundation for the wide application of the Vierendeel Sandwich structure.
