立德树人是党和国家关于人才培养的核心理念,也是思想政治教育的灵魂和价值所在。高校肩负着落实立德树人的重要使命,要牢牢把握立德树人这一中心环节,立足新时代大学生思想政治工作实际,围绕“培养什么人”“怎样培养人”“为谁培养人”这个根本问题,聚焦大学生“理想信念基因、勤学报国情怀、先进文化传承、创先争优品质”等关键素养,从“价值引领为核心、学习引领为基础、文化引领为支撑、榜样引领为动力”四个维度,构建新时代立德树人、铸魂育人的模式与路径。

Morality education plays a core role in the cultivation of talents for our party and nation and also remains the soul and value of ideological and political education.With the important mission of carrying out morality education,colleges and universities are required to center on morality education in their work and figure out the fundamental issues like whom they will educate?how to educate?and for whom do they educate?Focusing on the key qualities of college students,such as"the gene of ideal and belief,the desire to serve the country diligently,the inheritance of advanced culture,and the quality of striving to be best,the author tries to establish the model and path of morality education in the new era.It is also essential for them to take full account of the actual practice of ideological and political education and then give their priority to develop students’ideals and beliefs,the sentiment to serve the nation by diligent study,the ability to promote advanced culture as well as the virtue to excel in performance.By doing so,colleges and universities can establish the model and path of morality education in the new era with the drive of those core values,excellent learning,advanced cultures and outstanding examples.
