不同浓度乙醇对日本石竹切花的保鲜效果

Effect of Different Concentration of Ethanol on Dianthus japonicus Cut Flowers

以日本石竹白色花切花为试材进行保鲜处理,在200 ml水、20 g·L^-1蔗糖、100 mg·L^-18-HQS、25 mg·L^-1一水合柠檬酸、1 mg·L^-16-BA的保鲜液基础上,探讨不同浓度乙醇对日本石竹切花保鲜效果的影响。结果表明:添加4%乙醇保鲜液处理比CK显著延长观赏期3.8 d,其不仅可提高开花率,还对切花的鲜重变化率、水分平衡值、花瓣可溶性糖与可溶性蛋白质、膜透性、MDA的含量变化起到积极作用。乙醇对日本石竹切花的保鲜具有积极作用。

In this experiment,white Dianthus japonicus cut flower was used as the test material for preservation.Based on preservative of 200 ml water,20 g·L^-1 sucrose,100 mg·L^-18-quinoline sulfate,25 mg·L^-1citric acid monohydrate and 1 mg·L^-16-BA,the effect of different concentration of ethanol on preservation of Japanese Dianthus cut flowers was studied.The result showed:addition of 4%ethanol into preservative significantly prolonged the viewing period than CK by 3.8 days.This treatment could not only improve the flowering rate of cut flowers,but also play a positive role in the change rate of fresh weight and water balance value of cut flowers,and soluble sugar content,soluble protein content,plasma membrane permeability and MDA content in petals.The experiment proved that ethanol had a positive effect on the preservation of Dianthus japonicas.
