大杯蕈废菌渣不发酵连栽草菇关键技术研究

Study on the Key Technology of Continuous Cultivation of Volvariella volvacea without Waste Residue Fermentation of Big Clitocybe

对影响大杯蕈废菌渣种植草菇的堆沤发酵、菌株选择、废菌渣腐败程度3个关键因子进行研究,结果表明,利用大杯蕈废菌渣种植草菇,应选用刚移出库,菌丝白色,无杂菌污染,含水量为50%左右的废菌渣作为栽培原料,选用大粒型草菇品种V32作为栽培品种,不沤堆发酵直接用于草菇种植,效果最佳,平均产量达到6.92 kg·m^-2,比传统稻草牛粪培养基增产1.5 kg·m^-2,增产率为27.7%。

Three key factors affecting cultivation of Volvariella volvacea,the composting fermentation,the selection of strains and the degree of spoilage of the waste mushroom residue were studied.The results showed that when the waste residue of big clitocybe was used to plant Volvariella volvacea,the waste mushroom residue,which was just moved out of the warehouse,had white mycelium,had no pollution of miscellaneous bacteria,and had water content of about 50%,should be used as the raw cultivation material,and the large-sized Volvariella volvacea cv.‘V32’was used as the cultivation variety,No composting fermentation was directly applied to the cultivation of Volvariella volvacea,Based on the above all,it could reach best effect,showing the average yield of 6.92 kg·m^-2,which was higher than the traditional straw by 1.5 kg·m^-2,and the yield increase rate was 27.7%.
