摘要
分别利用德尔菲法、量表法和问卷法对中学教师教学能力结构模型进行了检验。检验结果证明了该模型的有效性与可用性,能反映中学教师教学能力的5维度特征,"教学设计能力"因子与"课堂教学能力"因子的贡献率较大。
The structural model of secondary school teachers*teaching ability was tested by Delphi method,scale method and questionnaire method.The test results prove the effectiveness and usability of the model,which can reflect the five-dimensional characteristics of secondary school teachers'teaching ability.The factors of"teaching design ability",and"classroom teaching ability"have a larger contribution rate.
