摘要
针对高海拔山区SBR改性沥青高温性能不足的问题,通过添加TPS和SBR两种改性剂制备复合改性沥青,系统研究了剪切速率、剪切温度等因素对复合改性沥青路用性能的影响,探究了其合理改性工艺,并在此基础上确定了改性剂的合理掺量;进一步研究了TPS-SBR复合改性沥青经短期老化、长期压力老化、紫外老化前后的路用性能变化,对TPS-SBR复合改性沥青的抗老化性能进行综合评价。结果表明:剪切温度和剪切时间对复合改性沥青高低温性能影响较大,而其他因素影响相对较小,改性剂的合理掺量为4%SBR+6%TPS;相对于SBR改性沥青,TPS-SBR复合改性沥青抗老化能力得到了提升。
To overcome the disadvantage of the unsatisfactory high-temperature performance of SBR modified asphalt,composite modified asphalt was prepared by adding SBR and TPS.Optimized preparation techniques of composite modified asphalt were determined by studying systematically the effects of shear rate,shear temperature and other factors on the pavement performance of composite modified asphalt.On this basis,the reasonable content of modifiers was determined.The pavement performance of TPS-SBR composite modified asphalt after RTFOT,PAV,UV was further studied,and the aging resistance of TPS-SBR composite modified asphalt was evaluated.The results show that the shear temperature and shear time have a great influence on the high and low temperature performance of the composite modified asphalt,while other factors have a relatively small influence.The reasonable content of the modifiers is 4%SBR+6%TPS.Compared with SBR modified asphalt,the aging resistance of TPS-SBR modified asphalt has been significantly improved.
