钢桥面浇筑式铺装层微波加热试验研究

摘要 为了高效、高质量地修复钢桥面病害,采用微波对钢桥面浇筑式铺装层试样进行加热,采集了沥青混凝土及钢板在加热过程中的温度参数,加热结束后对沥青混凝土与防水层进行了分离,并对单个磁控管、磁控管阵列的试验结果进行了对比。结果表明:阵列加热5~6 min,钢桥面浇筑式铺装层表面温度为170℃左右;浇注式沥青混凝土与防水层结合面温度为80℃左右时,沥青混凝土与防水层容易分离,加热温度越高越容易分离,但加热温度过高会引起沥青混凝土表面产生老化、烧焦等现象。 In order to repair the diseases of steel bridge deck efficiently and with high quality,the samples of Gussasphalt pavement on steel bridge deck were heated by microwave.Temperature parameters of asphalt concrete and steel plate during heating were collected.After heating,the asphalt concrete and waterproof layer were separated,and the test results of heating with single magnetron and magnetron array were compared.The results show that the surface temperature of the Gussasphalt pavement on steel bridge deck is about 170℃after heating with the magnetron array for 5-6 minutes;when the temperature of the joint surface of Gussasphalt pavement and waterproof layer is about 80℃,the asphalt concrete and the waterproof layer are easy to separate;the higher the heating temperature,the easier it is to separate,but too high heating temperature will cause the aging and scorching of the asphalt concrete surface.
