摘要
为了解含水率变化对微波加热旧沥青混合料除湿效果的影响,本文首先对含水率变化对微波能吸收效率和对微波加热除湿所需热量两方面的影响,采用计算、仿真的手段进行了分析,之后又进行了试验研究。结果表明:含水率较少时,含水率的增加会带来加热脱水效率的提高,但随着含水率的进一步增加,加热脱水的效率会逐渐降低。
In order to understand the influence of the change in water content on the effect of microwave heating of old asphalt mixture,the effects of the change in water content on the microwave energy absorption efficiency and the heat required for microwave heating and dehydration were analyzed by means of calculation and simulation,and then experimental research was conducted.The results show that when the water content is low,the increase of water content will bring about the improvement of heating and dehydration efficiency,which will drop gradually as the water content increases further.
