季冻区中小跨径钢桥面铺装的力学响应 被引量:2

Mechanical Responses of Steel Deck Pavement on Small-Medium Span Bridges in Seasonally Frozen Area

摘要 为了提出季冻区中小跨径钢桥面铺装控制指标,采用ANSYS软件模拟了铺装层在不同工况下(不同纵、横向荷位布置)的受力特性,研究了荷载(超载)、汽车制动力及温度对铺装层力学响应的影响。结果表明:超载对铺装层性能影响显著,铺装层间黏结的抗剪强度是关键控制指标;随着制动力的增大,各剪应力均逐渐增大,应重点考虑界面抗剪强度;在低温条件下(-40℃~0℃),铺装层表面拉应力较大,应以铺装层表面拉应力为控制指标,而在高温条件下(40℃~60℃),铺装层竖向位移较大,应以铺装表面竖向位移为控制指标。 In order to propose the control indicators of steel deck pavement on small-medium span bridges in seasonally frozen area,the mechanical characteristics of pavement under different working conditions(different longitudinal and transverse load arrangement)were simulated by using ANSYS.The influence of load(overload),automotive braking force and temperature on the mechanical responses of steel deck pavement was studied.The results demonstrate that overload has significant effect on pavement performance,and the shear strength of interlayer bonding is the key control indicator.The shear stress increases gradually with the braking force,and the shear strength of interface should be considered seriously as well.Under low temperature conditions(-40℃-0℃),the tensile stress on the surface of the pavement layer should be used as the control indicator because it is large,while under high temperature conditions(40℃-60℃),the vertical displacement of the pavement layer should be used as the control indicator because it is dramatic.
