SPR260压路机变频恒压洒水控制系统设计

摘要 为了改善压路机洒水系统喷洒不均匀、沥青黏结等缺点,本文对SPR260压路机的洒水控制系统进行了重新设计。系统以STC12系列单片机为核心控制器件,针对传统PID控制技术对压力响应速度慢、超调量大、调整时间长、灵活性差等不足,采用模糊PID控制法来保证水泵喷洒压力的恒定。经MATLAB仿真验证,该模糊PID控制器使得系统响应的快速性和鲁棒性得到有效改善,保证了喷洒水雾的均匀性和水量控制的合理性,施工效果好。 In order to overcome the problem of asphalt bonding caused by the uneven watering of SPR260 roller,the watering control system was redesigned for the roller.STC12 series single-chip microcomputer was applied as the core control unit of the system.In view of the shortcomings of traditional PID control technology such as slow pressure response,large overshoot,long adjustment time,and poor flexibility,the fuzzy PID control method was used to ensure the constant spray pressure of the pump.It is verified by MATLAB simulation that the fuzzy PID controller effectively improves the speed and robustness of the system response,ensures the uniformity of watering and the control of water volume,and the construction effect is good.
