履带式绿篱机刀具架结构设计与有限元分析

摘要 为克服传统刀具架在调节刀具高度时无法保证修剪质量的缺点,设计了一种新型刀具架结构,以实现刀具高度调节的同时保证修剪质量。本文运用Matlab完成了刀具架结构受力分析与计算,依据计算结果设计刀具架结构,在Solidworks建模软件中完成刀具架建模。最后运用ANSYS Workbench对刀具架装配体进行有限元分析,完成对刀具架结构强度和刚度的校核。结果表明刀具架结构设计合理,满足实际应用要求。 In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional toolframe that cannot guarantee the quality of trimming when adjusting the cutter height,a new toolframe for the trimmer was designed.Matlab was used to perform the force analysis and calculation of the toolframe,which was designed according to the results.Modelling of the toolframe was finished in Solidworks.Finally,ANSYS Workbench was used to perform finite element analysis of the toolframe to check on its structural strength and stiffness.The results show that the structure of the toolframe is reasonable and meets the requirements of practical use.
