摘要
随着肯尼亚蒙内标准轨铁路的开通,逐步贯通至马拉巴并与东非各国相连接,米轨铁路功能将逐渐发生变化,阐述肯尼亚既有米轨铁路运营现状,按照铁路干线、铁路支线及通勤铁路划分米轨铁路功能。从并行通道、非并行通道2个方面分析干线功能;从米轨铁路与标准轨铁路有效衔接方面分析支线联运功能;从米轨铁路与标准轨旅客集疏运方面分析通勤功能,完善肯尼亚铁路网布局实现区域间互联互通,为东非国家铁路发展提供借鉴。
The new Mombasa-Nairobi Standard-gauge Railway in Kenya will gradually extend to Malabar and other East African countries,and the function of the meter-gauge railway will change progressively.This paper expounds the current operation situation of the existing meter-gauge railway in Kenya and divides the functions of meter-gauge railway according to the mainline,branch line,and commuter railway.This paper also analyzes:the mainline function from two aspects of the parallel corridor and non-parallel corridor;the branch line inter-modal transport function from the effective connection between meter-gauge railway and standard gauge railway;the commuter function from the collection and distribution of meter-gauge railway and standard gauge passenger.These analyses will improve the layout of Kenya Railway network,realize the interconnection between regions,and provide a reference for the railway development of East African countries.
