摘要 汽车轻量化要求使得塑料产品在汽车行业内广泛应用,为了更好地满足塑料焊接件对焊缝强度和外观质量的要求,同时确保产品生产效率,文中选择汽车常用塑料PP进行焊接试验,研究了超声波焊接工艺参数对焊缝强度和外观质量的影响。结果表明,在一定的保压时间和焊接压力的情况下,焊接深度对汽车塑料件的焊缝强度和外观质量起决定性作用。当焊接压力为0. 2 MPa,保压时间为2. 0 s,焊接深度为1. 8 mm时,既能保证汽车塑料件的焊缝强度,又能满足外观质量的要求。这一结果对同样采用PP材料,并通过超声波焊接工艺制备的产品具有一定的指导意义。 Auto lightweight plastic products were widely applied in the automotive industry,in order to better meet the strength and appearance requirements of the plastic welding and ensure the production efficiency,PP(polypropylene)that was commonly used for the preparation of samples in auto was selected to research the effect of ultrasonic welding parameters on the strength and appearance quality of weld.The results showed that the welding depth played a decisive role in weld strength and appearance of automotive plastic parts under a certain holding time and a certain welding pressure.When the welding pressure was 0.2 MPa,the holding time was 2.0 s and the welding depth was 1.8 mm,weld strength of automotive plastic parts was guaranteed and requirements of appearance quality were met.This result had certain guiding significance to the products made of PP material and ultrasonic welding process.
