在全球经济转型的大背景下,我国经济也面临着产业转型和再发展问题。文化产业成为城市未来经济的支柱产业和新的经济增长点。本文通过分析文化产业聚集区物理环境变量、微气候环境变量与建筑能耗关联性,结合当今相关指标体系经验,研究文化产业聚集区生态可持续引导指标系统建构的基本原理和途径。最终期望建立基于全寿命周期的文化聚集区生态可持续引导指标与评价体系。

In the context of the global economic transformation,China is also facing the problem of industrial restructuring and economic development.The cultural industry has become the pillar industry and new economic growth point of the city’s future economy.Through the research of cultural industry cluster district’s physical environmental variables,micro climate environment variables and correlation of building energy consumption.combining with current relevant index system of experience,we study the cultural industry cluster district’s basic principles and approaches of ecological sustainable lead indicator system.Finally,it is expected to establish the index and evaluation system of ecological sustainability in the cultural gathering area based.
