摘要
针对钻削过程中,深孔加工刀具磨损严重的问题,提出在BTA深孔钻刀齿的前后刀面上加工出不同尺寸参数的表面微织构的思路,制备了表面微织构BTA深孔钻;通过深孔钻削试验,分析了微织构宽度与微织构间距对BTA深孔钻刀齿钻削性能的影响,并检验了后刀面加工表面微织构的可行性,为表面微织构技术在深孔钻削领域的应用提供了基础依据。
Aiming at the problem of severe wear of deep-hole machining tools during drilling,put forward an idea that making micro-texture on the front and rear flank of BTA drill in order to improve tool wear,and the preparation of micro-texture BTA drill was done under the best machining parameters of laser device.Then the relationship between cutting property and width and distance of the micro-texture was found by the hole-deep drilling test.In addition,the feasibility of micro-texture on the flank surface was examined.This provides a basis for the application of surface micro-texturing technology in the field of deep-hole drilling.
