摘要
介绍了重型卡车盘式制动器制动力测试台的设计开发,包括机械结构的设计分析、控制器的选型编译和上位机控制程序的编写,其主要功能是测试重型卡车制动总成的制动扭矩和制动盘寿命。该新型摆臂式测试台,可以实现自动测试,并将测试结果自动记录成数据文件。在此测试台上对22.5寸盘式制动器的制动扭矩及制动盘寿命进行了测试。结果显示,该实验中22.5寸盘式制动器最大制动扭矩为23 500 N·m,与其设计质检数据相符;在寿命测试中数据显示平稳;制动扭矩测试误差为3.3%,测试台测试精度符合实验要求。
Focus on introducing the design and manufacture of the heavy duty truck disc brake test bench,including the design analysis of the mechanical structure,the selection and compilation of the controller and the preparation of the host computer control program,of which the main function is to detect the braking torque and brake pad life of the heavy truck brake assembly.The new swing-arm test bench enables automatic testing and records test results as data files automatically.Based on this,the braking force of the 22.5 inch disc brake was tested.The results show that the maximum braking force of the 22.5-inch disc brake is 23500 N·m,which is consistent with the design quality inspection data.In the test of brake disc life test,the data output smoothly,and output brake torque test error was 3.3%,in line with the experimental requirements.
